New Ao Oni games for DL- a bit of Audio error help

I've gotten my hands on two new games, both are Korean.
Hakkyo Oni and Siro Oni
_{(downlaod them at the top of our club's home page. follow the link and it will take you to Mediafire. if you dont have it already, you need the RPGX thing to make it run, which is also for download on mediafire)}

To play these games you must change your locale to Korea:
under control panel > Reigon and Language > Administrative tab > Change system Locale...
_{(you may also have to change these to Korean as well)}
under control panel > Reigon and Language > Formats
under control panel > Reigon and Language > Location

no worries. it's easy to change back to whatever your region, local and language were originally.
I fixed the Library=RGSS103J.dll error in one or both games but if you get the error again:
Open up the Game.ini
and change Library=RGSS100J.dll to Library=RGSS103J.dll
(a thank you to Shiruo for helping us how to figure out how to run these games)
and that should do it.
Siro Oni looks really cool, and Hakkyo Oni is pretty scary, have fun playing!

*Siro Oni seems to have some odd audio files in the BGM folder. DO NOT REMOVE ANY OF THEM. They may be needed in the game. I'm not sure. just dont mess with anything in the audio folder unless you know what you're doing.

Audio Error Problem
I myself had this problem, and all we did to fix it was Change the Locale, language and region to Korean.
with windows 7, click the EN on your start bar and chose KO (Korean) when you run the game. This should enable your computer to read Korean symbols and the pathway in the game's scripting should then be understandable to your operating system. If this doesnt fix your problem, or your computer changes back to EN before you can run the game, I'm not sure how to help you and your best bet is to post a comment and wait for someone else that's not me to assist you.

as well as the required "xp_rtp103.exe" program to run it, AND an image tutorial of how to properly run, install and set up the "xp_rtp103.exe" file that fixes the "RGSS103E.dll cannot be found" Error.
PLEASE help us find more versions of Ao Oni, if you have a version that we do not currently have listed, please contact me in a note if you do not have the knowledge of transferring multiple files at one time. It would mean the world to us if we could offer just about every version of Ao Oni avaliable!
